We supply test chambers from a broad range of manufacturers including Binder GmbH, Kasco Industries, Imitor Ltd and Tenney, and offer highly competative prices on all equipment . These are offered at very competitive prices due to our negotiated discounts and price structure, plus most chambers are delivered from stock so have very short lead times (typically 3-4 weeks).

All our test chambers are supplied with a micro-processor controlled PID controller which provides for tight temperature and humidity control over the entire range of the test chamber. Our test chambers are fitted with either a single set point or fully programmable controller dependent of test chamber functions required and are either of the manufacturers our design or manufactured by Eurotherm or Watlow. All controllers are available with the optional Softare Package for test chamber control and programming plus Data Logging of the test results by a Remote PC, giving the user all the benefits of using a PC to store, manage and utilise the data as they require.

This therefore gives the user all the benefits of a comprehensive range of chambers with a broad range of accessories and functions that cover all the possible requirements for the the testing of their products.

 

Temperature Controlled Ovens

 

Benchtop Chambers

  We supply a range of smaller test chambers that can be used as   bench-top chambers, they have small capacities and a smaller foot print for the testing of compact equipment. These can be supplied by Binder GmbH, Kasco Industries or Imitor Ltd dependent on the requirement whilst still maintaining the temperature and humidity performance of larger test chambers. The test chambers are supplied complete with window in the door 2 internal shelves and 50mm porthole in the chamber wall most operate from a 240V single phase supply.

They are fitted with either a fully programmable controller or can be fitted with a single set point controller, dependent upon model and manufacture of test chamber. All the chambers can be supplied with the optional software package for chamber control, programming and data logging of the test results by remote PC. 

Standard Chamber Range

Our standard chamber range provide a simple easy solution for all your general test requirements and offers sizes between 53 litre and 2000 litres. The chamber can be supplied in either single stage (-40C to +180C) or cascade (-75C to +180C) mechanically cooled refrigeration systems, with a standard rate of change performance of a least 2.0C/min.

You can select the chamber in either Temperature only or temperature & humidity versions therefore giving you maximum flexibility in choice. The chambers are completely self contained requiring only a 3 Phase power supply to operate, and are fitted with a water storage tank or can be plumbed to a mains water supply plus a water re-circulation system to minimise water consumption.

Our chambers are fitted with integral Air cooled condensors so alleviate the requirement for any installation, they are also supplied with an internal shelf, 80mm porthole plus castors for ease of movement. All of the chambers are fitted with our "KEYKRATOS" touch screen controller and programmer that allows for easy and straight forward operation and programming of the chamber. With this system we can also offer our "Winkratos" PC based software package that allows the user to operate and programme the chamber plus data log all the tests carried out via a remote Windows based PC system, which gives the user all the benefits of using a PC to operate your chamber.

 

Humidity Chambers

Teslatest Systems can supply an ideal solution for long term humidity test's with our range of cost effective specially designed humidity test chambers in sizes from 250litres to 1600litres. These chambers are optimised for long term humidity testing and are fitted with a reduced temperature range and capacity to provide an ideal platform with maximum stability for all Humidity and diurnal cycle testing. These chambers offer a cost effective solution for humidity testing whilst maintaining our high build standard and include most of the standard features of our standard chambers including the fully programmable "Keykratos" touch screen controller.

 

 

Vibration Chambers

All the above chambers can be combined with a vibration system to allow for combined thermal and vibration testing, this can all be linked together utilising a single controller for the programming and control of both systems. All the chamber options can be utilised to construct a vibration chamber whether you require a standard chamber performance or require Stress screening rapid temperature change. All the standard features and functions apply to these chambers, with any combination of performances can be acheived giving the user a power package for combined testing.

Salt Spray/Corrosion Test Chambers

We have a large range of Salt Spray/Corrosion test chambers that will cover all your testing requirements, these are supplied with a programmable controller to allow the user to program all the required tests. These cabinets are supplied in a range of sizes plus they achieve the requirements of all the standard test specifications, and can be supplied with programmable options to carry out cyclic corrosion testing as specifiied in the latest specifications.

Thermal Shock Test Chambers

Included in our range of test chambers we can offer a full range of thermal Shock chambers from 27 litres up to 1000litres in the usual two chamber vertical or horizontal operation. These chambers are fitted with a fully programmable controller that is used to set all the programs required plus they can be used in conjunction with the software package for remote programming and data logging. All these chambers comply with the standard requirements of Mil Std specifications plus the usual range of Automotive specifications.

Also included in our range of Thermal Shock chambers is our single chamber shock chamber that allows for the testing of electronic units whilst being operated via test cables and connections to external equipment. This configuration allows for complex connection to external equipment as the Unit Under Test sits an a static position and does not move, therefore removing the usual problems encountered when using a traditional two chamber shock chamber. We can also offer three chamber shock chambers for testing with an ambient rest cycle during the testing programme.

Altitude/Vacuum Chambers

A large range of Altitude/Vacuum chambers can be supplied covering test ranges to 1mBar (150,000Feet) plus temperatures between -70C to +150C including humidity test options. These chambers are constructed using high quality Stainless Steel liners reinforced to take the pressures concerned, they use both direct air circulation during ambient pressures plus radiated temperature during vacuum. They use a special bonded cooling and heating system on nthe chamber walls to acheive the temperature radiation during the vacuum phase of the test cycle.
