Temperature Test Chambers
We offer a complete range of Temperature test Chambers that offer a good solution for the testing of all types of components, materials and systems manufactured including assemblies, the storage of laboratory test samples and the testing of material samples. The temperature test chambers are supplied from our extensive range of standard equipment, and include performance ranges of -40°C to +180°C or -70°C to +180°C or -10°C to +100°C. The temperature test chambers are supplied in sizes of 53, 240 & 720 litres from our standard range, or can be bespoke built to meet a particular size or performance required.
Our range of Temperature test chambers are supplied fitted with a microprocessor controlled fully programmable PID control system, which can be used either as single set point controller for long term stability tests or as Fully programmable controller for cyclic type testing. The controller is fitted with an easy to read user friendly graphical display that can be used either as an alpha-numeric display or as a graphical display of the testing parameters and can be further enhanced by connecting the controller to a remote PC via the RS422/Ethernet communications port and provides chamber programming and data logging on the PC via the APT-COM software package.
Binder MK Series Temperature Test Chamber
 | The Binder MK Series is a range of Temperature test Chambers that is an ideal solution for the temperature testing of all components, electronic assemblies or test samples and provides an excellent performance range whilst being a compact temperature chamber. The test chamber is fitted with a fully programmable microprocessor PID controller with a colour LCD display for the input and monitoring of the test conditions and Data, the test chamber is fitted with an RS422/Ethernet communications port for connection to a remote PC for programming and Data logging of the test conditions.
The Temperature Chamber is supplied as standard with a heated window in the door, two off internal shelves and a 80mm porthole in the top or LHS for the connection of external equipment and measuring devices.

Binder MKT low Temperature test chamber
 | The Binder MKT 240 Low temperature test chamber has a range of -70ºC to +180ºC for the testing of products to very low temperatures for more extreme conditions, it has performance rates of up to 5ºC/min rate of change of temperature. Typically used for Aerospace applications on materials and products and all types of assemblies and electronic products used in extreme environments. The MKT Low temperature test chamber is fitted with a fully programmable microprocessor PID controller with colour LCD display for programming and monitoring the test parameters, and is also fitted with an Ethernet communications port for connection to a remote PC for programming and Data logging of the test parameters via the APT-COM software package. The MKT Low Temperature test chamber is supplied as standard with a heated window in the door, 1off internal shelves and a 50mm porthole for the connection of external equipment.

 | We are able to supply a range of Temperature test chambers as manufactured by Kasco industries which cover a range of temperatures of -40ºC or -70ºC to +150ºC, these are manufactured to order and can be built to any size and specification required and typically have sizes from 40 litres to 1000litres.
They can however be manufactured to any size or performance rating required, so can be configured to match any products dimensions or shape as required.
