Stability Test Chambers

We offer an extensive range of Stability test Chambers or Humidity Chambers that offer a good solution for the stability testing of all types of components, materials and systems manufactured including assemblies. The stability test chambers also provide a solution for the storage of laboratory test samples and the testing of material samples and meet the ICH Q1A guidelines. The stability/humidity test chambers are supplied from our extensive range of standard equipment, and include performance ranges of -0°C to +85°C, or -10°C to +100°C. The stability/humidity test chambers are supplied in a range of sizes from our standard range, to meet a range of requirements and offer a range of solutions for most needs.

Our range of stability/humidity test chambers are supplied fitted with a microprocessor controlled fully programmable PID control system, which can be used either as single set point controller for constant set point conditions or long term stability tests or can be used as a Fully programmable controller for cyclic type testing. The controller is fitted with an easy to read user friendly graphical display that can be used either as an alpha-numeric display or as a graphical display of the testing parameters and can be further enhanced by connecting the controller to a remote PC via the RS422/Ethernet communications port and provides chamber programming and data logging on the PC via the APT-COM software package.

Binder KBF Series Stability Chamber

The Binder KBF Series are designed as Constant Climate Chamber or Stability Test Chambers and provide an ideal solution for the Humidity testing of all components, electronic assemblies or test samples requiring long term testing in stable conditions. The test chamber is fitted with a fully programmable microprocessor PID controller with a colour LCD display for the input and monitoring of the test conditions and Data, the test chamber is fitted with an Ethernet communications port for connection to a remote PC for programming and Data logging of the test conditions via the APT-COM software package. The Binder KBF Constant Climate Chamber is supplied as standard with inner glass door for viewing the contents without disturbing the set conditions, two off internal shelves and a 30mm porthole in the LHS for the connection of external equipment and measuring devices. The KBF 115 is fitted with feet for mounting on a bench/trolley/rack or floor whilst the KBF 240/720 are fitted with castors with lockable wheels for easy movement, and require de-mineralised water and waste water drain either connected directly via the Binder Pure water service or factory supply or can be manually filled via the use of the External Fresh water set.

Binder KMF Series Constant Climate Chamber

The Binder KMF Series are designed as Constant Climate Chamber or Stability Test Chambers and they are basically similar to the KBF series except with increased power in the heating and cooling and improved performance range. They have all the same fittings and options as the KBF series but with increased range and performance.

PGC Stability Chambers & Conditioning Units

The PGC range of stability chambers are designed to provide a very precise control of humidity and temperature so that our customers get chambers with very stable and accurate conditions. The chambers are designed with good airflow to provide an extremely precise control and uniform conditions across the entire chamber volume and have a completely stainless steel interior and plant to ensure minimum contamination to the product under test. The Stability chambers use a unique dew point control system that ensures the most efficient use of energy to achieve and maintain the required conditions. All the chambers are designed to meet and exceed the ICH IQ, OQ, PQ and also the TAPPI and MIL-SPEC standards for humidity and stability testing. These stability chambers offer a performance range of up to +5°C to +85°C with an accuracy of ±0.2°C and humidity range of up to 10% to 95% RH with an accuracy of ±0.5%RH and uniformity of ±1.0% RH. The chambers are fitted with a full range of safety cut-outs to ensure full protection to the equipment, product and personnel; they are fitted with a user friendly digital controller for programming and monitoring the test parameters.

PGC also supply a range of conditioning units that provide a very precise Humidity and temperature controlled air flow for the conditioning of test chambers and rooms. They are designed to be used to set the conditions within a room or test chamber at the customer’s premises, they are designed with capacities based on the volumes of the area they can condition and can be supplied in a range of sizes to meet volumes from less than 10m3 up to 680m3. The conditioning units supplied with suitable temperature and humidity sensors for fitting into the test space and a digitally controlled control system to achieve very precise and humidity in the test space.
