Special Test Chambers
Teslatest Systems are able to offer a complete range of special test chambers to provide solutions to your all your test chamber requirements. These are supplied as Bespoke Designed chambers to meet your exact requirements, for further details on any of the test chambers below please contact us stating your requirements including specification and size requirements.
All the following chambers are supplied with controlled conditions as required using the latest electronic control systems.
Altitude/Vacuum Test Chambers
At teslaTest Systems we are able to supply a full range of Altitude & Vacuum Test Chambers covering ranges up to 150,000 feet. These can also be supplied in temperature ranges of -70°C to +200°C or -40°C to +125°C with optional Humidity range of 20% to 98% RH.
The test chambers are supplied with fully programmable control systems for the programming of all chamber functions. By the use of a range of controllers we are able to customise the chamber to meet your exact requirements. The chambers can also be supplied in a range of sizes and shapes to unable use to supplier our customers a full range of options to meet their specification requirements.

Walk-in/Drive-in Rooms
We can supply an extensive range of larger Walk-in & Drive-in test chambers, from sizes starting at 2m x 2.5m x 2.5m up to any size required. These can be specified with any temperature and humidity range but typically supplied with temperatures of -40°C to +125°C or -65°C to 125°C with optional Humidity of 20% to 98% RH. The chambers can also be fitted with Solar radiation, rolling road, and wind simulation that can be synchronised with the rolling road.
The chamber can be supplied with either a fully programmable controller linking all the functions together, or with single set point controller for simplier functionality. The chamber are usually fitted with double doors to allow the loading of the test item and are fitted with reinforced floors to withstand the loading with pallet trucks, forklift trucks etc.

Rain Test/Drip Test Chambers
TeslaTest Systems is able to supply a complete range of solutions for carrying out Rain Test & Drip Test specifications. Our chambers are built to meet the specific test requirement needed and can meet most published specifications whether BS, ISTMs or Military and Automotive specifications.
The chambers can be built to any size and can incorporate temperature control as required. They are supplied with fully programmable control systems to meet the specified requirements.

Sand & Dust Chambers
We can supply a comprehensive range of Sand & Dust chambers that meet all the published specifications for these tests.
They are supplied with fully programmable control systems to ensure the perfect test environment. They are also fitted with full measurement systems to measure the sand & dust fallout rates, as well as the air-flow rate.
