Laboratory, Drying & Curing Ovens Teslatest Systems are able offer a complete range of Laboratory ovens, Drying Ovens and Curing ovens including Temperature Chambers that offer a good range of solutions for the testing, storage and drying or curing materials and components, electronic components and assemblies, the storage of laboratory test samples and the testing of material samples. The Laboratory, drying and curing ovens are supplied from our extensive range of standard equipment, and are supplied in a range of sizes from 23 litres to 720 litres with performance ranges of +5ºC above ambient to +300ºC. They are manufactured by Binder GmbH in Germany www.binder-world.com and are supplied from stock. Our laboratory, drying, curing ovens and Temperature chambers are supplied with a microprocessor controlled PID control system, with several levels of programmable functions dependent upon model chosen which can be used either as single set point controller for long term stability tests or as Fully programmable controller for cyclic type testing. Connecting the controller to a remote PC via the RS422 communications port and using the manufactures software package for chamber control and data logging of the chamber test conditions can enhance the laboratory, drying and curing ovens. The laboratory, drying and curing ovens can be further enhanced by the range of optional extras such as portholes for the connection of external equipment, a window in the door, supporting trolley for easy movement plus other options to customise the laboratory ovens to your exact requirements.
The Binder FED series laboratory Oven and Temperature Chamber is an ideal solution for the temperature testing of small components, electronic assemblies or test samples and is also a drying, curing oven or storage oven for materials and components. The test chamber is fitted with a microprocessor PID controller with a colour LED display for the input and monitoring of the test conditions and Data, it has basic timer functions for constant temperature operation, the test chamber is fitted with an RS422 communications port for connection to a remote PC for programming and Data logging of the test conditions. The Binder M series Temperature Test chamber has all the features of the standard Binder ovens with the exception that it is fitted with a fully programmable microprocessor controlled PID controller. The Binder KB series of refrigerated Ovens are designed to do constant temperature testing and storage over the temperature range of 0ºC to +100ºC. The Binder VD series of Vacuum drying ovens are designed to provide the optimum drying cycle for your products, they are designed with a sealed stainless steel inner chamber and internal product racks. The chamber is fitted with a PID controller for ideal control of the conditions and are supplied complete with the necessary vacuum connection equipment. They can be supplied with or without the optional vacuum module and pump, which provides a vacuum level to 2mbar via the option chosen. These can be supplied in two further safety versions for products with Flammable solvents (VDL series) and explosion proof to EX-Zone 2 in full compliance with ATEX Binder VD Series Vacuum Drying Ovens
