Humidity Test Chambers At Teslatest Systems we offer an extensive range of Humidity test Chambers or Climatic Chambers that offer a good solution for the testing of all types of components, materials and systems manufactured including assemblies. The humidity test chambers also provide a solution for the storage of laboratory test samples and the testing of material samples. The Humidity/climatic test chambers are supplied from our extensive range of standard equipment, and include performance ranges of -40°C to +180°C, -70°C to +180°C or -10°C to +100°C. The humidity/climatic test chambers are supplied in sizes of 115, 240 & 720 litres from our standard range, or can be bespoke built to meet a particular size or performance required. Our range of Humidity/climatic test chambers are supplied fitted with a microprocessor controlled fully programmable PID control system, which can be used either as single set point controller for constant set point conditions or long term stability tests or can be used as a Fully programmable controller for cyclic type testing. The controller is fitted with an easy to read user friendly graphical display that can be used either as an alpha-numeric display or as a graphical display of the testing parameters and can be further enhanced by connecting the controller to a remote PC via the RS422/Ethernet communications port and provides chamber programming and data logging on the PC via the APT-COM software package. The Binder MKF Temperature & Humidity Chamber is supplied as standard with a heated window in the door, two off internal shelves and an 80mm porthole in the LHS for the connection of external equipment and measuring devices. They are fitted with castors with lockable wheels for easy movement, and require de-mineralised water and waste water drain either connected directly or can be manually filled via the internal water tank. The Binder KBF Constant Climate Chamber is supplied as standard with inner glass door for viewing the contents without disturbing the set conditions, two off internal shelves and a 30mm porthole in the LHS for the connection of external equipment and measuring devices. The KBF 115 is fitted with feet for mounting on a bench/trolley/rack or floor whilst the KBF 240/720 are fitted with castors with lockable wheels for easy movement, and require de-mineralised water and waste water drain either connected directly via the Binder Pure water service or factory supply or can be manually filled via the use of the External Fresh water set. The Chambers are fitted with the Digi-Touch controller system enabling the user to easy input the programmed profiles as required and monitor the test performance during operation. They have all the same fittings and options as the KBF series but with increased range and performance.
This range of Environmental humidity chambers are designed and built for long life performance and rugged reliability, they are built from epoxy based powder coated steel exterior and pre polished Stainless Steel interiors. They have fast responding stainless steel sheathed heaters and droplet free vapour boiler for the humidity system, and high efficiency cooling systems all circulated by powerful fans creating a laminar airflow within the chamber space.
